For us, sports college is of course about sports, but also about community, friendships and experiences. To create an overview, we have divided all our subjects into five subject categories. You choose eight subjects during your stay + electives, so you can try a lot of different things.
We have something for everyone, and you can participate in all subjects, regardless of level.
In addition to physical education subjects, there are also general college subjects, such as: Take the floor, Community sports, Lectures, Current affairs, Elective subjects, Singing lessons, etc.

SPORTS COLLEGE?
We are a sports college with 50+ sports subjects. You choose four different subjects per week, and you can combine genres in a cross-section in your schedule. We are approx. 127 students at the sports college with an average age of 21-22 years.
Our age range is usually from 18-30. In their free time, students have fun together and enjoy the fact that the halls, fitness center and everything else are free to use.

Nothing better than bright sunshine and a game of beach volleyball out on the courts☀️🏐😎 The students who have chosen the subject meet for lessons out on the NIH courts twice a week😊 The lessons work on a wide range of technical exercises and skills, everything from serving, receiving and smashing to footwork, speed and general movement in sand are among the things the students go through😄 There is also a focus on both individual development and cooperation/communication with their partner👫
As the weather warms up, NIH's beach courts become a real gathering point and meeting place for students in their free time😊 Here you can meet for a game of beach volleyball - either as a player or cheerleader😎 - or just a good chat in the sun☺️

It's getting warmer in North Jutland, and all our outdoor subjects here in F26's 2nd period are enjoying it☀️☺️ Outdoor life is taking a trip to the NIH climbing center, surf jumping in the sun in the parking lot and surf skating when there are no waves in the North Sea, and Extreme is trying their hand at rappelling🤯✨

Friends' weekend at NIH💙🧡
This weekend we had a full house here at the school🥳 It was time for the students at F26 to invite their friends over for a nice weekend and a taste of college life☺️
There was a lot of excitement when the students and their friends went through a star race on Saturday morning with the theme “Around the Year” for which the entries were based on various anniversaries🗓️ Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Labor Day, Oktoberfest - you name it! The weather was beautiful, so after lunch there was time for nice outdoor activities like garden games, bumberballs, beach volleyball or a trip to the climbing center☀️🏐🧗♂️ The day was of course ended with a bang of a party for the students and their friends with dinner, bar, DJ and festive costumes🪩🎉
All in all, a very successful weekend, thank you to everyone who came to visit💙🧡

Last Friday we had a visit from the futsal students from @viborgih for some friendly futsal matches⚽️ Both the boys and girls teams played against each other, and it turned into three really good, exciting and very close matches for the students🤩

The Extreme subject is well underway✨ Since the start of the period, they have both been on the go-kart track and out playing paintball🏎️🪖 In the subject, the students try their hand at slightly more alternative sports, and they are also going wakeboarding, shooting clay pigeons and abseiling🙀
At NIH you can try a little bit of everything, and there are subjects for both the extreme and those of us who enjoy the calmer presence🤗
