your own schedule
At Nordjyllands Idrætshøjskole you put together your own schedule. You choose from our 50+ subjects, which spans both physical education and elective subjects. Physical education is divided into four categories: Outdoor & Adrenaline, Ball Games, Fitness & Health og Lifestyle & Wellness.
The stay is divided into two periods. In each period you choose 4 physical education subjects og 1 electiveYou only choose your subjects when you start school.
Hvert idrætsfag ligger som udgangspunkt to gange om ugen, men det kan variere fra fag til fag. Udover idrætsfag og valgfag har du også almene højskolefag som morgensamling, fællesidræt, foredrag, aktuelle emner og sang.
Classes are typically held between 8 a.m. and 15 p.m. After that, there is plenty of time to hang out with college friends, use the facilities, or join in evening activities.
