Overview of registration and terms
Here you will find a comprehensive overview of our registration conditions, so you have a full overview of your rights and conditions when registering, paying, canceling and staying.
Long courses
You are finally accepted to the school when we have received the registration fee (2.000 DKK)*. If you interrupt your stay, we reserve the right to charge tuition fees four weeks from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
*If you cancel your start, the registration fee will not be refunded. However, you can move this to a later start.
We reserve the right to make corrections for printing errors, price increases, sold-out courses, travel and courses.
The Personal Data Act
We will store your information in a safe manner for the years required by the Danish College Act/Accounting Act.
Gender balance and gender policy
We are an open sports college where everyone is welcome. We focus on ensuring a good environment where you, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, feel comfortable.
To ensure the broadest possible student group, we may choose to stop accepting students of a particular gender if there is a clear predominance of students of a particular gender during the registration phase. This means that, for example, a waiting list can be created for boys, but registration for our stay can still be open to girls.
Short courses
After registration, we will send you an invoice. The registration can be considered final when this has been paid.
If cancelled at least 1 month before the start of the course, the invoice amount will be refunded minus DKK 2.000. If cancelled less than 1 month before the start of the course, DKK 0 will be refunded.
Nordjyllands Idrætshøjskole does not offer cancellation insurance. It is possible via European Travel Insurance to take out cancellation insurance for a short stay at a college. The insurance must be ordered in the paid for the family course.
We also reserve the right to cancel a course up to 6 weeks before the start of the course.

The information in this form is subject to printing errors, price increases, sold out subjects, trips and courses.
General Data Protection Regulation
Your information is stored safely for the number of years prescribed by the Danish accounting legislation and the Danish folk high schools act.
